Peak Season - Weekly Rentals Only
Mid Season - 3 Night Minimum
Low Season - 2 Night Minimum

Holiday Rates

Thanksgiving - 4 Night Minimum
Christmas/New Years - 3 Night Minimum

Keys & Deposits

The key to the house is located in a lock box by the stairs.  You will be given the access code once the full rental fee is paid.  There is a fee of $50.00 for replacing a lost key during your stay or if you fail to leave the key in the lock box upon departure.  This will be deducted from the security deposit. 

A security deposit of $100 is required.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a limit of 2 small dogs.    The security deposit will be returned  within 2 weeks after checkout if nothing is harmed or broken.

Payment

VISA, MasterCard or personal checks are accepted. .  Advance rental payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking.  The advance payment will be applied toward the rent.  The remaining BALANCE of RENT will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will incur no fee.  All cancellations made less than 30 days of arrival will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.  If cancellation is made less than 30 days, a full refund less the cancellation fee will be given only if the reserved property is re-rented for the same time period. There will be neither refunds nor rebates for any type of tropical storms or evacuations.

House Rules / Policies

• All reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 25 and their families.  We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25.
• We maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests.  Please respect our neighbors.
• A nonrefundable pet fee of $100.00 will be charged per pet.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in any interior space of the rental premises.
• No grilling on the decks, fires must be kept on the ground floor.
• Linens, bedspreads, pillows, and blankets are included.
• Telephone service is provided by a "Magic Jack" connection attached to a computer located in the house.  This includes free long distance calling.  You don't need to dial "1" but you do need to dial all area codes. 
• Wireless internet is made available for free to all guests.  The password to connect to the internet is located in the house.
